While most of our units are designed to store personal or business belongings, some of our facilities offer spaces for parking vehicles, boats, and motorhomes. Please check with MiniMax Storage to see if storage space is available.
You can reserve your unit up to 30 days before you move in.
Yes, a 30 day written notice will start at the 1st of the month.
During access hours, you can use your gate code to access your storage unit. During office hours, your Property Manager is available to provide in-person customer service (like answering questions, selling supplies, accepting rental payments and so on).
Our storage locations are monitored 24-hour's a day by surveillance and on-site managment, plus our storage facilities are fenced and gated with a security keypad for entry. Our storage facilities are well lit during the night.
